Breast Cancer Care

Breast Cancer Care offers face to face support groups, access to breast cancer nurses and peer support. They provide breast cancer publications and online information. They also campaign for better care of  anyone affected by breast cancer.

Macmillan Cancer Support

UK charity providing practical, medical, financial and emotional support to anyone affected by any type of cancer.

Macmillan offers an online community for peer support, and free printed resources including CDs and information in formats other than English.

Based at Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital, the HiP can assist with information on medical conditions, treatments, healthy lifestyles, support groups and signposting to other agencies.

 

A twice weekly Hampshire Macmillan Citizens Advice Service financial clinic is also held there for anyone affected by cancer (please call 0344 847 7727 to make an appointment at the financial clinic).  

The HiP is open Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 10am and 4pm.  

The Pink Place

Local charity offering complementary therapies, beauty treatments, wig service, counselling, advice and support to women affected by any type of cancer.

They also offer support to men affected by cancer and their partners via the Blue Space.
